Focus Group Discussion on Public Service Standards of BPS-Statistics Banten Province

Thursday 19 September 2024, BPS-Statistics Banten Province held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) regarding Public Service Standards, at the ASTON Serang Hotel & Convention Center. This activity was opened directly by the Head of BPS-Statistics Banten Province, Faizal Anwar. Through this FGD, it is hoped that public services at BPS-Statistics Banten Province can be improved.

On this occasion, the presentation of material regarding public services was delivered by Eni Nuraeni, Head of Assistant Report Investigation for the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for Banten Province. The material continued with a presentation of public services at BPS-Statistics Banten Province by the Chair of the Banten Province Statistics Dissemination Team, Agusman Simbolon. The event continued with an open discussion with participants from various circles, including representatives from the Banten Province Information Commission, Banten Province government officials, academics, community leaders, journalists, entrepreneurs and students.
