Banten Collaboration for the 2026 Economic Census

As a prior step in the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census in Banten Province, BPS-Statistics Banten Province held the "Banten Collaboration for the 2026 Economic Census" event at the Banten Governor's Hall on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. This event was an opportune moment to invite all parties to actively participate in the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census in Banten Province.

Vice Governor of Banten Province, A. Dimyati Natakusumah, opened the "Banten Collaboration for the 2026 Economic Census" event. In his remarks, Vice Governor of Banten Province stated that the Banten Provincial Government fully supports the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census in Banten Province and has instructed all regional officials and Regents/Mayors to play an active role in the 2026 Economic Census.

Vice Head of BPS-Statistics Indonesia, Sonny Harry B. Harmadi, stated that the Economic Census is crucial for both the government and businesses. For the government, the SE2026 data will serve as a basis for making targeted policies. For businesses, the data and information from SE2026 can help them map potential locations and businesses for business development.

On this occasion, BPS-Statistics Banten Province also presented awards to ten industrial and hotel companies as the best respondents to the Monthly Accommodation Services Survey and the Manufacturing Industry Statistics Survey.
