Abstract

The Economic Census 2016 (SE2016) noted that there are 972.8 million non-agricultural enterprises in Banten, which are grouped into 15 categories of business fields in accordance with the Indonesian Business Classification Classification (KBLI) 2015. This number increased 14.65 percent compared With the results of Economic Census 2006 (SE06) which amounted to 848,5 thousand businesses/companies. When distinguished by business scale, 946,7 thousand businesses/companies (97.32 percent) small-scale Micro Enterprises (MSEs) and 26.1 thousand businesses/companies (2.68 percent) of medium scale enterprises (UMB).
