Abstract

Banten's total exports in June 2021 rose 24.52 percent compared to May 2021 to US$1,169.65 million.

Non-oil and gas exports in June 2021 increased by 24.52 percent to US$1,169.32 million compared to the previous month.

The largest non-oil and gas export value in June 2021 came from the footwear category (HS 64), which reached US$195.56 million.

The largest non-oil and gas export destination country in June 2021 is the United States with an export value of US$178.85 million.

Non-oil and gas exports in June 2021 experienced an increase in the agricultural sector, industrial sector, and mining and other sectors compared to the previous month.

Banten's total imports in June 2021 rose 9.30 percent compared to the previous month, from US$1,152.45 million to US$1,259.65 million.

Non-oil and gas imports in June 2021 which rose 31.31 percent from US$669.45 million in the previous month to US$879.03 million. On the other hand, for oil and gas commodities, the import value decreased by 21.20 percent to US$380.63 million.

The largest non-oil and gas import value in June 2021 came from the organic chemical goods category (HS 29) which reached US$252.21 million.

The largest supplier of non-oil and gas imported goods in June 2021 was Australia with an import value of US$118.53 million.

The value of imports according to the category of use of goods in June 2021 compared to the previous month experienced an increase in the raw/auxiliary materials and capital goods categories, while the consumption goods category experienced a decrease in the value of imports.
