Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) November 2021 of 98.22, up 0.33 percent from the previous month

Abstract

Banten's NTP in November 2021 was 98.22, an increase of 0.33 percent from the NTP of the previous month. This is due to an increase in the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) by 0.68 percent and an increase in the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) by 0.35 percent.
In November 2021, rural inflation in Banten Province will be 0.42 percent. Inflation occurred in nine expenditure groups, namely the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Group; Clothing and Footwear Group; Personal Care and Other Services Groups; Health Group; Household Equipment, Equipment and Routine Maintenance Group; Transportation Group; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel Group; Recreational, Sports and Cultural Groups; and Group of Food and Beverage/Restaurant Provision. Meanwhile, the other two expenditure groups, namely the Information, Communication and Financial Services Group and the Education Group, did not experience significant changes.
The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in November 2021 was 97.70, up 0.55 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
The price of grain at the farm level in November 2021 has increased for Milled Dry Grain (GKG) by 0.69 percent. Meanwhile, there was a decrease in Harvest Dry Grain (GKP) by 1.40 percent and Low Quality Unhulled by 2.95 percent.
The average price of grain in November 2021 at the farmer level with GKG quality is Rp. 4.405,- , GKP Rp. 4.086,- and Low Quality Rp. 3.700,- per Kg. For the quality of GKG, the highest price is Rp. 5,000 on the Ciherang variety and the lowest price of Rp. 4.200,- on Ciherang, Inpari 32, and IR 64 varieties.
The nominal wage of farm laborers in November 2021 is Rp. 66,840,- per day, up 0.04 percent from the previous month. Meanwhile, in real terms, it decreased by 0.38 percent, from Rp. 60,991,- to Rp. 60,757,- per day.
