Abstract

The ROR for five-star hotels in Banten in April 2022 reached 41.91 percent or decreased by 9.31 points compared to the previous month, while compared to the same month last year it rose 0.08 points. Then, the TPK for non-star hotels in April 2022 was recorded at 11.25 percent or decreased by 8.15 points compared to March 2022.
The combined average length of stay (RLMT) of guests (foreign and Indonesian) at five-star hotels during April 2022 reached 1.33 days or decreased by 0.05 points compared to the previous month. Then compared to the same month last year, the combined RLMT of five-star hotels fell by 0.38 points.
