Abstract

Banten's FTT in July 2022 was 96.93, a decrease of 0.48 percent from the FTT of the previous month. This is due to a decrease in the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) by 0.04 percent and an increase in the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) by 0.44 percent.
In July 2022, there was an increase in the Household Consumption Index in Banten Province by 0.39 percent. The increase in the Household Consumption Index occurred in ten expenditure groups, namely Food and Beverage/Restaurant Provision; Education; Food, Drinks and Tobacco; Health; Clothing and Footwear; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel; Personal Care and Other Services; Equipment, Equipment and Routine Household Maintenance; Recreation, Sports and Culture; and Transportation. Meanwhile, the Information, Communication and Financial Services expenditure group did not experience significant changes.
The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in July 2022 was 98.66, down 0.59 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
The price of grain at the farm level in July 2022 experienced an increase in the quality of milled dry grain (GKG) by 1.82 percent while the dry harvested grain (GKP) decreased by 1.34 percent.
The average price of grain in July 2022 at the farmer level with GKG quality is Rp. 4,690,-, and GKP Rp. 3,885,- per Kg. For the quality of GKG, the highest price is Rp. 5,000,- for Ciherang variety and the lowest price is Rp. 4,200,- on the IR64 variety.
The nominal wage of farm laborers in July 2022 is Rp. 67,685,- per day, up 0.84 percent from the previous month. Meanwhile, in real terms, there was an increase of 0.44 percent, from Rp. 58,041, - to Rp. 58,294,- per day.
