Abstract

Banten's FTT in October 2022 was 100.36, an increase of 0.40 percent from the FTT of the previous month. This is due to an increase in the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) by 0.30 percent and a decrease in the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) by 0.09 percent.
In October 2022, there was a decrease in the Household Consumption Index in Banten Province by 0.30 percent. The decline in the Household Consumption Index occurred in two expenditure groups, namely Food, Beverages and Tobacco; Clothing and Footwear. Meanwhile, six expenditure groups experienced an increase, namely Food and Beverage Providers/Restaurants; Health; Transportation; Personal Care and Other Services; Equipment, Equipment and Routine Household Maintenance; Housing, Water, Electricity, and Household Fuel. Meanwhile, the Information, Communication and Financial Services expenditure group; Recreation, Sports and Culture; and Education did not experience significant changes.
The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in October 2022 was 100.61, down 0.20 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
The price of grain at the farm level in October 2022 experienced a decrease in the quality of milled dry grain (GKG) by 2.14 percent, while the dry harvested grain (GKP) increased by 1.68 percent.
The average price of grain in October 2022 at the farmer level with GKG quality is Rp. 4.618,-, and GKP Rp. 4.324,- per Kg. For the quality of GKG, the highest price is Rp. 5.200,- on Ciherang variety and the lowest price is Rp. 4,000, - on the Ciherang variety.
The nominal wage of farm laborers in October 2022 is Rp. 67,980,- per day, up 0.10 percent from the previous month. And in real terms, there was an increase of 0.40 percent, from Rp. 58,695,- to Rp. 58,928,- per day.
