Economic Growth (Gross Regional Domestic Product) of Banten Province Quarter III 2024

Abstract

Banten's economy in the third quarter of 2024, based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices, amounted to IDR 219.88 trillion, and at constant prices (2010), reached about IDR 133,35 trillion.
Banten's economy in the third quarter of 2024 grew by 0.96 percent compared to the previous quarter (q-to-q). On the production side, the highest growth occurred in Electricity and Gas on at 6.02 percent. Meanwhile, on the expenditure side, Gross Fixed Capital Forma on (GFCF) component experienced the highest growth at 3.12 percent.
Banten's economy grew by 4.93 percent in the third quarter of 2024, compared to the third quarter in 2023 (y-on-y). On the production side, Public Administration and Defence; Compulsory Social Security experienced the highest growth at 15.42 percent. Meanwhile, on the expenditure side, Nonproﬁt Institutions Serving Households Final Consumption Expenditure (NPISHs FCE) component experienced the highest growth at 12.31 percent.
Banten's economy cumula vely, to the third quarter of 2024 grew by 4.71 percent (c-to-c). On the production side, Public Administration and Defence; Compulsory Social Security experience the highest growth at 17.86 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the highest growth occurred in the NPISHs FCE component at 16.83 percent.
