Abstract

The results of the 2021 Data Needs Survey (SKD) are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The scope of the analysis of the results of the 2021 SKD is the PST BPS Banten Province.
