The Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) of Banten in the third quarter of 2017 was 109.93, meaning that the consumer economic condition increased from the previous quarter. However, the level of consumer confidence or optimism decreased compared to Quarter II-2017 (ITK of 116.20).
Improved consumer economic conditions are driven by improvements in all forming variables, namely rising household incomes, low inflationary influence on consumption levels and increased consumption of foodstuffs, finished food in restaurants / restaurants and not food.
