Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in June 2019 amounted to 98.80 or decreased by 1.13 percent.

Abstract

Banten NTP in June 2019 was 98.80 or down 1.13 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The decline in NTP was caused by a decline in the Farmer Received Price Index (It) while the Farmer Paid Price Index (Ib) increased.

In June 2019 there was a rural inflation in Banten Province of 0.63 percent which occurred in all expenditure groups with the largest increase occurring in the groups issuing food, clothing and processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco.

Banten Agricultural Business Exchange (NTUP) value in June 2019 was 104.94, down 0.78 percent compared to NTUP the previous month.

The average grain price at farm level in June compared to May for Dry Grain (GKG) decreased by 1.49 percent while Harvest Dry Grain (GKP) increased by 1.79 percent.

Average June 2019 grain prices at the Farmer level for Rp. 4,400 and GKP Rp. 3,970, - per kg.

The lowest grain price at the farm level is Rp. 3,750 per kg for the quality of GKP with ciherang varieties and the highest price at the farm level of Rp.4,400 per kg for the quality of MPD with the Ciherang variety.

The nominal wage of farm workers in June 2019 compared to the wages of agricultural laborers in May 2019 has increased by 0.08 percent or up from Rp. 63,611, - per day to Rp. 63,660, - per day, but in real terms *) has decreased by 0.55 percent which is down from Rp. 44,810, - per day to Rp. 44,565, - per day the Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in June 2019 is amounted to 98.80 or decreases by 1.13 percent.
