Abstract

In July 2025 there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Banten Province of 2.29 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 108.14. The highest in Pandeglang Regency was 3.14 percent with a CPI of 108.29.
Y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases in all expenditure groups, namely: food, beverages and tobacco group by 3.79 percent; clothing and footwear group by 1.37 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 0.69 percent; household supplies, equipment and routine maintenance group by 0.01 percent; health group by 0.33 percent; transportation group by 0.81 percent; information, communication, and financial services group by 0.47 percent; recreation, sports, and culture group by 2.86 percent; education group by 1.99 percent; food and beverage supply/restaurant group by 1.90 percent; and personal care and other services group by 7.24 percent.
