Abstract

One of the main problems in Banten Province is the high unemployment rate. To overcome this problem, a policy in the field of employment that is appropriate and based on the latest accurate data is needed. BPS-Statistics Banten Province since 2011 had released provincial employment data for the months of February and August. The data release is delivered in the form of Official Statistical News. To complement the review presented at the Official Statistical News, BPS Banten Province compiled an executive report regarding the condition of the Banten Province workforce. The publication "The State of the Banten Province Workforce in August 2024" is a more in-depth review of the state of the workforce in August 2024.
