Banten's NTP in June 2021 was 97.71, a decrease of 0.49 percent from the NTP of the previous month. This is due to the decline in the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) and the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) by 0.81 percent and 0.33 percent, respectively.
In June 2021, there will be a rural deflation in Banten Province of 0.48 percent. Deflation occurred in two of the eleven expenditure groups, namely the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Group and the Clothing and Footwear Group. Meanwhile, inflation occurred in the Personal Care and Other Services Group, the Food and Beverage Provision/Restaurant Group, the Health Group, the Equipment, Household Equipment and Routine Maintenance Group and the Transportation Group. Meanwhile, the Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel, Information, Communication and Financial Services Group, Recreational, Sports and Culture Group and Education Group did not experience a significant change in the index.The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in June 2021 was 97.70, down 0.90 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.The average price of grain at the farm level in June 2021 increased for Milled Dry Unhusked (GKG) by 0.42 percent, Dry Harvested Unhusked (GKP) decreased by 1.57 percent and Low Quality Unhusked by 0.12 percentThe average price of grain in June 2021 at the farmer level with GKG quality is Rp. 4.252,- , GKP Rp. 3.915,- and Low Quality Rp. 3,643, - per Kg. For the quality of GKG on the Ciherang variety, the lowest price was Rp. 4,000 and the highest price is Rp. 7.150, - with the same variety Ciherang.The nominal wage of farm laborers in June 2021 is Rp. 66,607,-per day, up 0.05 percent. In real terms, it also increased by 0.53 percent from Rp. 60,188,- to Rp.60,508,- per day.
