November 2022 inflation Year on Year (yoy) The combined three cities in Banten Province are 5.34 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Serang City at 7.56 percent.

Abstract

In November 2022 there was year on year (yoy) inflation of 5.34 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 112.59. The highest yoy inflation occurred in Serang at 7.56 percent with a CPI of 117.26. Next in Cilegon was 5.92 percent with a CPI of 115.15. The lowest inflation occurred in Tangerang at 4.83 percent with a CPI of 111.34.
Inflation occurred due to price increases as indicated by an increase in the index of 10 expenditure groups, namely the transportation group by 18.69 percent; the health group by 7.52 percent; equipment, equipment and household routine maintenance group of 7.48 percent; the food, beverage and tobacco group by 5.96 percent; personal care and other services group of 4.86 percent; the group providing food and drink/restaurants by 2.52 percent; the housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 2.25 percent; the education group by 0.78 percent; the recreation, sports and culture group by 0.76 percent; the clothing and footwear group by 0.61 percent. Meanwhile, the information, communication and financial services group experienced a deflation of 0.23 percent.
The November 2022 month to month (mtm) inflation rate is -0.10 percent and the November 2022 year to date (ytd) inflation rate is 4.61 percent
