Banten NTP in December 2020 amounting to 100.74, experiencing a change of -0.08 percent from the previous month's NTP. This is because the increase in the Price Index Paid by Farmers (It) of 0.68 percent is lower than the increase in the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) of 0.76 percent.

In December 2020, rural inflation in Banten Province was 0.87 percent. Inflation occurred in ten expenditure groups, namely the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Group, the Equipment Group, Household Routine Equipment and Maintenance, the Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel Group, the Health Group, the Clothing and Footwear Group, the Recreation Group, Sports, And Culture, Personal Care and Other Services Group, Food and Beverage / Restaurant Supply Group, Information, Communication, and Financial Services Group and Transportation Group

Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in December 2020 amounted to 100.26, an increase of 0.26 percent compared to NTUP in the previous month.

The average price of unhulled rice at the farm level in December increased for dry milled unhulled rice (GKG) by 1.24 percent, while for dry-harvested unhulled rice (GKP) decreased by 3.43 percent and for low-quality unhulled rice by 5.61 percent.

The average price of unhulled rice in December 2020 at the farmer level for quality GKG was Rp. 4,622, - and GKP of Rp. 4,205, - per kg and low quality unhulled rice of Rp. 3,663, - for low quality Ciherang variety with the lowest price of Rp. 3,600, - and the highest quality for the Pandanwangi variety is Rp. 5,200, -.

Nominal wage for agricultural laborers in December 2020 is Rp. 65,954 per day, the same as the previous month and in real terms it decreased from Rp. 61,517, - to Rp. 60,987, - per day.
